The winter has been remarkably easy ... so far. The good news is we are into February now, and, there is less winter ahead than behind (let's hope). Even the days are a quite a bit longer now.
On Sunday February 12th we will have our Rhythm and Blues liturgy at 8:30 and Service of the Word at 11:00.
Our catechetical classes will be at Lutheran Memorial Camp this next weekend. Young folks and adults will have a lot of fun! We leave on Friday at 5:30 pm and will return on Sunday between 12:30 and 1:00 pm.
Our adult Sunday School class continues to study Justice for the Poor, a series featuring Jim Wallis of the Sojourners community.
At a Special Congregational Meeting held on Sunday January 22, the 2012 budget passed by a nearly unanimous vote.
