Rachel Knaggs has been a member at St Matthew since 2006. Growing up in this congregation and its music ministry has had a large impact on Rachel's life, from singing in the children's choir, participating in Chancel Dramas, and playing trumpet during services. Being a Medina High School graduate, Rachel went on to study music at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia for her Bachelor's and Cleveland State University for her Masters. After graduating this May with her Masters in music, Rachel is excited to give back to the music community that helped shape her. In addition to serving as the Music Director at St Matthews she also teaches at the Davis Parks School of Arts, also located in Medina. Rachel now lives in Copley with her fiancée Meghan and their dog Bear and feels blessed to be taking this next step with her St Mathew family.
