Dinner
1) Sunday dinner will be spaghetti and meatballs (homemade), French bread, salad. Scott is providing
2) Monday through Wednesday will, as Bob has been told, be provided by local churches.
3) Thursday is planned to be at a local restaurant.
4) We will be purchasing fresh vegetables and salad makings locally as needed.
Lunch
1) The "Meal Crew" will provide lunch meat, bread, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and chips. (Some of these will be purchased locally as needed.)
2) Bring your own lunch if desired.
Snacks
1) Fruit and chips will be available for a snack break during the workday.
2) Bring your own special snack.
Breakfast
1) Our local coordinator suggests oatmeal and breakfast bars. Our plan is for frozen breakfast casseroles. Easy and filling.
2) Two volunteers needed from the congregation: one for Monday another for Tuesday. Let Melody and Scott know and they’ll provide the specs for the container and number of servings.
3) Wednesday is Todd’s Impossible Pie.
4) Thursday is Beth's waffles. (To be made at home and frozen-pop them in the toaster.)
5) Friday is leftovers.
6) We will have orange juice and apples and oranges.
7) Bring your own breakfast if desired.
Other Food Items
1) Coffee will be provided. Bring your own tea.
2) Creamer and sugar will be provided.
3) Milk will be provided. More locally purchased.
4) Bring your own refillable water bottle for worksite use. (We will not be purchasing bottled water.)
5) Bring your own special soda pop, juice, etc.
6) Please bring a roll of paper towels and toilet paper so we can replenish our host’s stock.
Decompression Time
1) BYOB
2) Two light snacks to share per evening. Four nights. Folks coordinate this so each volunteer provides one snack.
3) We may be so exhausted at the end of the workday that all we want to do is hit the hay. But, if there is a card game, etc. that you want to bring, do so.
